Villa Rudolf Stern

The construction of the two-story villa, which was solely built for residential purposes, was completed in 1909, as can be seen in the . The villa was built for the entrepreneur and builder Rudolf Stern, who was also a member of the city honorarium in the first decades of the 20th century. Until 1918, his construction company did business with the architect Leo Glaser, and later on, with the architect Ján Blašek.

On the southeastern side of the building, which was built in the Eclectic and Art Nouveau style with Alpine and Tudor influences, you can see an octagonal covered with a that's topped with a wind vane. There is a on the east side and top gables on three sides of the building. In one of the top gables, there are windows with a that are flanked by columns, which are crowned with a Doric . A large part of the facades are decorated with all kinds of geometric decorations, including many circles and squares.
