The construction of the two-story building, built solemnly with a residential function, was finished in 1908. The construction was commissioned by Doctor Kiril Mitrakiev and was executed according to the project of the Bulgarian architect , who made a significant contribution to the transformation of Vidin as a modern European city. Kiril gave this building as a dowry to his daughter Nadezhda, who got married to the 36-year-old Doctor Iliya Evdokimov, who was born on July 28, 1883.
