Dragutin Radosavljević Palace

The impressive two-story building, which was built for both residential and commercial purposes, was constructed in the period that lasted from 1906 until 1907. The building was owned by the director of the Brod Savings Bank Dragutin Radosavljević, a bank founded in 1872 and housed on the corner of the first floor of this building. Over the years, the same floor has been home to the confectionery called Horvatić, the fruit shop Mate Kliča, butcher Teufel, and the inn of Hertz Steiner. The First Croatian Savings Bank was also located here until 1924 when it moved to the newly built building further down the street. The building, like many other buildings in the city, was destroyed during the that took place during the .
The building after the bombardment
One of the strips of , which were placed underneath the roof of the Eclectic building, was embellished with foliage. The , which were placed above the second floor windows, including the and , were adorned with an ornament surrounded by two . On that same floor, there were various , which were all crowned with a Corinthian .
