Johann Szervinatz House

The two-story residential and commercial building, which is part of the Canonic Houses together with the surrounding three houses, was attested around 1758, so it is likely that they were built before that date. In 1828, this building was owned by Johann Szervinatz, and in 1847, it became the home of the tavern with the name La Trei Husari. In 1844 the four houses had a single facade, which was probably damaged during the , after which individual facades were rebuilt.

The roof of the building, which is built in the Eclectic style, contains multiple dormers and a protruded part that gives the building more allure. The protruded part of the frieze contains several , all of which are adorned with a total of six . The , which stretch all the way up from the first to the second floor, are all crowned with a Doric . Both the first and second floor windows are all topped with a , although they differ in size and shape.
