Nikola Predić House

The two-story building, which was built with a commercial part on the first floor and a residential part on the second floor, was built in 1871. It was built for the Serbian merchant Nikola Predić, partner of Captain , as one of the first houses built after the . The current appearance of the building dates from 1906, from the time when the house was bought by Kir Mijailo Pavlović in order to rent it out.

The two protruded parts of the building, which is built in the styles of Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque, are brightened up with six decorative vases. The underneath it contains loads of , which are embellished with foliage. The is covered with a scaly sheeted roof and supported by three alluring . There's a balcony, which is placed above the entrance that's located on the southern side of the building, that's also supported by two corbels and it's secured with a curved wrought iron railing adorned with . Above this entrance, which is flanked by two crowned with an Ionic , you can see a decorative shell. The ornamentation around the second floor windows consists of several richly decorated , , foliage, and an adorned with six . On this same floor, you can admire two adorable ornaments, which either contain the year 1871 or 1907.
