Export Bank Palace

The plot of land, on which two houses used to stand and the six-story residential and commercial building was built was bought on October 1, 1920. The construction began on June 1, 1921, and it was executed according to the plans of Serbian architect . Due to the death of the architect Vladisavljević, the supervision of the construction of the building was continued by the Serbian architect on January 5, 1923. The construction was completed on August 20, 1923, and the Export Bank, which was founded on May 10, 1901, and commissioned its construction, began operations on September 24, 1923. The building housed twenty apartments and thirteen shops that were primarily for rent. During the Allied of Belgrade in 1941, the building was badly damaged. After the end of the , the Export Bank did no longer exist. The building has been remodeled but has retained its original purpose as a commercial and residential complex.

The top of the symmetrical building, which was built in the styles of Eclectic and Art Nouveau, features an that contains the Cyrillic words ИЗВОЗНА БАНКА (Export Bank).
