Dimitrije and Anka Naumovic Building

The construction of the building, which was built as an income building with a residential and commercial function, took place somewhere at the end of the 19th century. The building was built through the donations of Anka and Dimitrije Naumovic, who was born in in 1935. At the age of twenty, he moved to Belgrade, where he began to study the trade. After years of studying the trade, he became a Kazan master. After learning the craft, he got married to Anka, the daughter of master glass cutter Nikola Obradović. After the death of Dimitrij Naumović, on February 1, 1918, Anka left this large estate and another estate in Belgrade, numerous estates and vineyards around Belgrade, and donated them all on the condition that the income helped artisans who were less fortunate in life.

After the death of Anka Naumović in 1930, by the decision of the Ministry of Education, on September 9, 1930, the Naumović Foundation of Dimitrija, a coppersmith from Belgrade, his wife Anka and his son Vasa was founded. Around that time, two extra floors were added to the building. The rental income was the basis of the fund from which pensions were paid to dozens of beneficiaries. The endowment of Dimitrije and Anka Naumović ceased to exist after the , more precisely in 1954.

The mansard roof of the building, which is built in the styles of Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque, contains several small dormers and is crowned with .
