Miksa Moskovits Palace

The construction of the three-story building, which was built for residential and commercial purposes, started in 1904 and was completed in 1905. It was built according to a design that came from the hand of the Hungarian architect . The construction of the building was commissioned by engineer Miksa Moskovits and his father Adolf Moskovits.

A majestic dome is placed on top of the corner of the lovely Art Nouveau building, which is crowned with a crown that contains a simplified . In front of the mansard roof, you can admire multiple piers that are topped with a tower, as well as two top gables adorned with two lovely . The that are placed underneath the roof , are in contrast to the ones placed above some of the third floor windows, adorned with . Around the third and second floor windows, you can see loads of geometric and floral ornamentation, beautiful landscapes, as well as fragments containing a swan nourishing its offspring. The other balconies are supported by several which are adorned with guttae and typhas. The balcony railings, as well as the iron-barred windows and one of the entrances, is beautifully decorated with even more floral ornamentation, including sunflower .
