Kálmán Rimanóczy Senior Palace

The construction of the three-story building was completed in 1905 and was built for residential and commercial purposes. The design for the construction was created by the Hungarian architect for his father, the architect and construction contractor, Kálmán Rimanóczy Senior, who was born on May 12, 1840, in . He started with learning masonry, and later, he passed the master builder exam, which entitled him to carry out architectural tasks. In the 1860s, he worked in and around , and with his work, he gained recognition in Nagyvárád, nowadays Oradea, and settled there. Here he designed and constructed several buildings, but still had some commissions that he had carried out in Budapest. From his first marriage, one son was born, János Nogáll, and from his marriage to Irén Kapolnay, two sons were born, Béla and Kálmán. Kálmán Rimanóczy Senior died on January 2, 1908, at the age of 67.

The corner building, which is built in the Neo-Gothic style, features three top gables surrounded by , of which the one that's placed on the corner is adorned with . This top gable, which is supported by two , also contains two columns crowned with Composite . The roof is supported by loads of other corbels within their midst an arch that contains a semi-. Quatrefoil and are commonly used decorations, which also counts for and foliage. The building features many balconies, as well as two and even an . The balustrade of the loggias, as well as the , are all incorporated with that resemble columns.
