- Obilićev Venac 18 -
The two-story building was built in 1920, and was constructed for the administrative and commercial needs of the Niš Credit Institute. The first adaptation was carried out in 1934 by local Serbian architect Dragoljub Milićević. After the renovation, two shops were opened on the first floor, and two apartments were built on the second floor. In its rich history, it had several purposes, and for the longest time, it was under the management of the South Moravian Bank. In more recent times, a hotel began to operate in the building, and during the last renovation, most of the original interior and exterior were preserved.
