Minerva Hotel

The construction of the three-story building, which was built for residential and commercial purposes, lasted from 1898 until 1903. It was built according to a design that came from the hand of Romanian architect , who worked together on it with the architect D. Nedelcu. The building was built for the Minerva Hotel and housed a store, a confectionery, and a coffee shop, and the laboratories of the Confectionery were located in the basements. The upper floors of the building were arranged to house a casino, as well as rooms for the hotel.
