Villa Zora

The two-story building, which was constructed at the beginning of the 20th century, was originally built with a residential function that later changed into an educational function. It was built for the merchant Kosta Veljović, who named the villa after his wife Zora. Before the , Milorad Mišić bought the villa and added a floor, without changing the name of the villa. Later on, the building became the home of the National Library named after Doctor .

The Eclectic building features several top gables, which are adorned with a , which contains a . Some of the , which are abundantly present on the facades of the building, is embellished with a female . The second floor windows which are topped with a and a straight , are flanked by two that are crowned with a Doric . On the south side of the building where the main entrance is located, there are two wooden that are beautifully decorated and secured with a wooden balustrade that contains wooden .
