- Strada General Eremia Grigorescu 1 -
The construction of the three-story residential and commercial building, which took place between 1896 and 1897, was executed by its owner Gizella Schneider by a permit issued on March 25, 1896. It was built on a plot where previously stood a building built in 1758 and occupied by several people, including the painter of German descent, Ludwig Josef von Bersuder, who owned the building in 1869. An extensive renovation of the building took place in 2022, which gave the building back its former glory.
