House Ulitsa Lavele 36

The building, located on Lavele Street 36, is another one of these so-called commercial and residential buildings. By the looks of the building, it's most likely built somewhere at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. Some ornaments were white and later painted in bronze and golden color, which makes them stand out more.
The building before the paint job
The beautiful building is built in the styles of Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque. On top of the northeastern corner, you'll be able to see a beautiful decorative vase. If you look a bit further down, you can admire a lot of . In the center of the building, there is an stretching from the second until the third floor and ends with a small balcony. The top gable above it is adorned with a , which is surrounded by foliage. A is placed above the central window on the third floor and on both sides of the oriel window. On the same level, a bit to the right, you'll be able to see two more cartouches. The bottom of the oriel window, which is richly decorated with floral ornaments, flows into the Ionic of the below it. Another cartouche and floral ornamentation can be admired above the beautiful wood carved entrance door.
