The two-story building, also known as the Owl's Tower, was built in 1892, according to a design of an unknown architect, at the same time as the neighboring Villa Lujza. It was built on a plot located in the sports complex of , and for the purpose of holding the games, he built several buildings, although it's unknown how many buildings there were built in this area. Athletes were probably accommodated in Bagojvar during the Palić Olympics.

The most distinctive feature of the building, which is built in the Swiss chalet style with Tudor and Gothic, is the roofed with a . The roof of the building, which is topped with , is covered with glazed multi-colored tiles that were produced at the factory in . The roof overhand is supported by loads of wooden surrounded by beautiful woodwork. A is placed on the eastern side of the building, which is also created out of wood.
