House Ulitsa Lavele 15

The building, located at Lavele Street 15, is a residential and commercial building. The former and current owners are unknown. Also, the year in which it was built is unknown, but it's most likely built somewhere at the beginning of the twentieth century.

The last renovation of the building took place in 2011 and changed its color from sandy brown to red and white.

The symmetrical building features some beautiful Art Nouveau ornamentation. One of these ornaments is the richly decorated , which is located underneath the central . Also, the , which can be seen above the main entrance and in the segmental , is an ornament that's used in Art Nouveau architecture a lot. The of the two windows that flank the oriel window are decorated with foliage. Above the oriel window, there's a small balcony, secured with a simple iron railing. The wooden top gable is supported by four wooden and contains a nice timber-framed motif.
