Frigyes Schwarz Building

- Király Utca 14 -
The construction of the three-story building, which was initially built for residential and commercial purposes, was completed in 1895. The building was built by the order of Doctor Frigyes Schwarz according to the design that came from the hand of the Transylvanian master builder and executed by his construction company. The first floor of the building housed the Vigadó Restaurant, as well as the Otthon Coffee House, owned by Miksa Sugár, which started operating there in 1895.

Later on, in place of the Otthon Coffee House, the Littke Korzó's Coffee House started operating its business, and much later, a restaurant called Corso started operating on the same premises. On October 28, 1956, the National Council of Baranya County Labor was established in the building.
