Szeged University Faculty of Law

- Tisza Lajos Körút 54 -
The three-story building, which was built with an educational function, was built in 1882 with only two floors. The building was initially built to house the Civil Girls' School but was later turned into the Faculty of Law of the University of Szeged. In 1958, during the partial renovation of the two-story building, the original dome was demolished. In the 1960s, during the upgrade of another floor, the former tower room also disappeared. On September 9, 2019, the stormy wind tore the beams from the roof, which made the complex life-threatening. A far-reaching renovation was carried out between June 2021 and July 2022, during which a new dome was returned to its original location.
