Former Russian Embassy

The two-story building, which was constructed in a period that lasted from 1900 until 1903, was originally solely built for administrative purposes. The building, which was built according to the design of the Italian architect , was built to house the embassy of the Russian Empire. During the , which Russia entered in 1914, the Russian Empire went through turmoil that caused it to close its embassy in Cetinje in 1915. Between the two world wars, the building housed the Women's High School and the State Teachers' School. After the , the building was used for various purposes, and from 1988 until the fire in 2012, it housed the Faculty of Fine Arts. The rehabilitation as a result of the fire was fully completed in 2017.

The circular dormers that are placed in the roof of the Neo-Baroque and Empire styled building are adorned with , , and , while the others feature a segmental and two . Most of the parts of the roof are embellished with pretty wide . Above the circle-top windows, which are located on the second floor, you can see another keystone, as well as adorned with laurel twigs. Above the other second floor windows, you can either see a straight pediment or a pointed pediment, the latter is decorated with a and two . Some of the , which are located on this same floor, are crowned with an Ionic . Several and two balconies can be seen on the northern side of the building, of which the latter is supported by two impressive corbels. An open pointed pediment is placed above the main entrance door, which is located on the same side of the building.
