The four-story building, which was constructed in the period that lasted from 1903 until 1904, was built with commercial premises on the first floor and residential premises on the upper three floors. The construction of the building, which was executed according to the design that came from the hand of the Polish architect Robert Smielowsky, was commissioned by an unknown commissioner.

On top of the Art Nouveau building, you can admire several , which interrupt a band that's beautifully adorned with floral decorations. Around the fourth floor windows, which are topped with a , you can see some lovely geometric forms. The same counts for the third floor windows, which are topped with a straight . Around the second floor windows, you can admire some , as well as some small adorned with and supported by two corbels. The floral decorated band, which is placed above the two entrances, is also embellished with a female .
