Villa Augsdorf

The two-story building that was built with a residential function, and its associated gazebo, were both constructed in 1900. It's not known who designed the building, nor who commissioned its construction, but it's named after the nearby village of Augsdorf and in use by the Seeappartements Excelsior.

A that's covered with an impressive hip roof is placed on one of the corners of the building, which is built in the Art Nouveau style with Neo-Renaissance influences. On one of the gables, you can see a beautifully decorated fragment that contains the name of the building and the year of construction. On top of another gable, which is supported by several wooden , you can see a on which a is attached. The parts around and underneath the second floor windows are lavishly decorated with all sorts of floral ornamentation, including and foliage. A lovely wooden porch can be seen on both the southwestern and the northeastern sides of the building.
