Karl Lurtz House

The construction of the three-story building, which was solely built for residential purposes, took place somewhere at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century. The building was built for the lawyer and political leader, Doctor Karl Lurtz, who was born in 1864 in Brașov. Towards the end of his life, which lasted until 1918, he held the position of senior notary based in the Benkner family house.
