The former income building of the Bitrakovi brothers was built in 1911. It was designed by the architect Malodonov for the merchant brothers Ivan, Evtim, and Metodi Bitrakovi. The building was representative of a typical "Pirozka" store with houses on top of it where the trader's family lived. Over the years, it has been greatly neglected but eventually, it regained the beauty that had disappeared for several decades.
