Ștefan Werzar House

The original two-story building, which was built with a residential and commercial function, was built for the Armenian merchant Ștefan Werzar. In 1899, Ștefan's son, Lucacs Verzar had the facade of the building modified according to the design that came from the hand of the local architect and engineer . After the 1900s, the building remained in the possession of Lucacs Werzar, who between 1899 and 1921 was the general manager of the Hess First Candy and Chocolate Factory.
