Wilhelm Feigenbaum House

- Piața Trandafirilor 43 -
The construction of the three-story building, which was built for residential and commercial purposes, started in 1906 and was completed in 1907. The building, which is based on the plans of the Hungarian architect Béla Keleti, was built for the lawyer Wilhelm Feigenbaum and his family. The tin ornaments of the building were embossed by the Hatsek family. In 1959, when the building was renovated, the facade was stripped of its original decorations and its wavy pattern. From the 1950s, for several decades, the building was used by the Romanian police, and later on, the building was rented out for the use of offices.
