Doctor Nyerges House

The two-story building, which was constructed somewhere in the second half of the 19th century, was built with residential premises on the upper floor and doctor's offices on the first floor. It was built under the supervision of the Hungarian master builder Pál Soós for Doctor Nyerges, was the son of publisher, printer, and letter cutter, , who established the first printing house in 1786 in Marosvásárhely, nowadays Târgu Mureș. The building was built on the plot where the Lénárt Restaurant stood where plays were also held between 1869 and 1871. After the , the building was still used by the health sector, as it housed the children's polyclinic, and from 1970, a paid polyclinic.

Under the roof overhang of the Eclectic building, which was built with Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Baroque elements, you can alternately see and , of which the latter is adorned with four . The pointed and segmental , that are placed above the second floor windows, are embellished with floral decorations, and in some cases with a and a . The columns that flank most of these windows are supported by corbels and crowned with a Corinthian . The and the balcony on top of it are both secured with a stone balustrade that contains a lot of . Some of the stone blocks on the first floor, as well as the ones that are used in the on the second floor, are decorated with .
