The impressive two-story building, which was built as a residential building, was built in 1869 for Baron Dragana Vranyczanya. In the 1930s, when it was owned by Stanko Šibenik, he submitted an application to the municipality of Karlovac on March 19, 1935, for the adaptation that consists of, among others, the replacement of the windows by large shop windows. The request was granted on March 20, 1935, and on On May 12, 1937, Stanko Šibenik received the building permi. The works were carried out according to the design of the city ​​engineer . On top of the majestic symmetrical building, which is built in the Eclectic style, you can admire two beautiful decorative vases.
