Gaudí House

The two-story residential building, which is known as the Gaudí House, due to its appearance that resembles the work of the Catalan architect , was built somewhere in the early 1900s. The building belonged to a sugar merchant from , who had this and the adjacent building built for his two children. The building underwent a renovation in the 2010s where the building took on a more sterile appearance and became two-colored instead of three-colored.

The beautiful Art Nouveau building is lavishly decorated with all sorts of whiplash lines and . The volutes are used in what seems like Ionic that are placed on top of . The huge ornament that's placed on the eastern facade features a tree in which a lot of birds are housed, two female figures, and a pi sign. the two on the northern side of the building contain a female face that may resemble the two daughters. The lovely wrought iron fencing is beautifully decorated with all sorts of Art Nouveau motifs, as well as two ornamental dragons holding an egg that holds the house number.
The huge ornament
