The three-story building, which was built between 1904 and 1906, was constructed for the residential needs of the Regalli family. The design of the building was created by the architect and sculptor , who was mainly a sculptor by profession, while the sculptural work was created by the sculptor .

The most defining feature of the Art Nouveau building is the , which is supported by two , one of their arms of which is connected by a chain. The turret, which contains some floral decorations and a , is covered with a dome that's crowned with a . In addition to , under the roof overhangs, you can also admire a beautiful interplay of wavy lines. The rest of the building is decorated with all kinds of semi-round and square ceramic tiles, a few , and coarse stucco stone blocks on the first floor.
