The construction of the three-story building, which over the years was used for residential and administrative purposes, was completed in 1907. The building, which later became in use as the Albanian Embassy, was constructed under the leadership of the Slovenian builder and civil ingenieur . Over the years the building underwent some changes, especially in the color scheme. Before it got its pink color, it was green with shades of gray.

Under the eaves of the Art Nouveau building, in addition to some , you can find various to which a ring is attached.
