Franc Čuden House

The four-story residential and commercial building, which was built between 1901 and 1902, was constructed according to the design that was created by the Slovenian architect . The order for the construction was given by the local watchmaker Franc Čuden, who had a workshop in Ljubljana since 1882, which he took over from his predecessor, the watchmaker Josef Gebe. He sold all kinds of excellent pocket and wall clocks, as well as alarm clocks, and besides that repair works on these same products. After hours, Čuden also sold bicycles and sewing machines, and he also had a branch in . After his death in 1912, his widow Josefina Čuden continued the craft.

There's a placed on the corner of the Art Nouveau building, which at its base is square shaped and higher up becomes cylinder shaped. The turret is supported by two and covered with a sphere-shaped dome. The building is decorated with even more geometric shapes, including ceramic circles. Two of the wrought iron are supported by wrought iron corbels, while the other one is covered with a canopy.
