Hristo Stefanov House

The construction of the building, which was built for residential and commercial purposes, was executed in 1921. It was built for Doctor Hristo Stefanov, who was a specialist in internal medicine and children's diseases and also ranked among the renowned metropolitan doctors in the first decades of the 20th century. It still functions as a residential and commercial building, with the commercial part on the first floor and the residential part on the floors above it. Before the renovation, the building was only finished in white, but now it was given a beautiful bright orange color.
The building before the renovation
The building, which was built in the styles of Art Nouveau and Neo-Baroque, consists of three balconies, two of which are located on the sides of the . The balconies are secured with a stone balustrade that contains . The top of the window frames are adorned with and within their midst a French lily. The balcony on top of the oriel window is secured with a curved wrought iron railing. Just underneath this railing, you can see a flanked by two sunflowers. A lavishly decorated is placed in the top gable of the building, as well as a that runs along the gable's . The entrance to the backyard is enclosed with a wrought iron gate. The frame around it is richly decorated with foliage, , garlands, and a cartouche, which contains the house number of the building.
