Franz Wlaszak House

- Trg Bana Josipa Jelačića 3 -
The construction of the two-story building, which was built according to the design that came from the hand of the Croatian architect , was completed in 1906. The building was built as an income building for Franz Wlaszak and his wife Hermina Marija, maiden name Kner. On the first floor, on the south side of the building, there were bars along the entire length. The courtyard part, as well as the eastern wing, was a residential area, so there was a lack of supporting space, and because of this, there was a basement under the entire house where there was also a laundry room. The entire second floor was a residential area, which was dominated by two spacious apartments.
