- Ulica Županijska 5 -
The project of the two-story building, which was built with both a residential and a commercial function, was dated March 2, 1866. The project was created by the Osijek architect and builder Alois Flambach for Melchior Spisics. By the end of the 19th century, the building passed into the ownership of the Blau family, and then, through hereditary ties, it became the property of the sisters Antonija Farago, maiden name Blau, and Mathilde Gillming, maiden name Blau. Later, the Blau family's granddaughter, Paulina Hermann, also known as Mačkamama and the Cat Mom, became the owner of the property.
