Three Pheasants House

- Moravská 6 -
The construction of the four-story building, which was built to house residential and commercial premises, started in 1897 and was completed in 1898. The building plans were drawn up by the Karlovy Vary city builder , most likely in partnership with the German-Bohemian architect and master builder . The construction was carried out by the construction company of Josef Waldert. The building was constructed on the plot of an older Baroque building, which was already named the Drei Fasanen. As part of strengthening the accommodation capacity of the house, in 1929 its owners Nathan and Ida Kutten intended to add two floors. Although Franz Lapper had already developed the project, it was not implemented.
