- Mariánskolázeňská 1 -
The construction of the four-story residential and commercial building, also known by its former name Stadt Mailand, started in 1893 and lasted until 1895. The building was built on the site of two older Baroque buildings, which were called House Milan and House Niagara. Two architects participated in the construction plans, in 1890, the local architect Emanuel Grimm drew up the first designs, and in 1893, the German-Bohemian architect and master builder took over the contract, who, except for a few details, respected Grimm's designs and prepared building plans. It was Alfred Bayer who commanded the construction of the spa hotel by the city builder Construction Company for the subsequent two years and the hotel opened its doors in March 1895. The hotel was built for Katherine Urban, and in the period from 1906 until 1924, the building belonged to Marie Urban, who sold it in 1925. From 1934 until the , it was owned by the spouses Franz and Josefine Gleisinger, and in 1945, Stadt Mailand was confiscated by the state and was renamed to Jiskra Spa House. In 2013, the hotel underwent comprehensive reconstruction and received the name Hotel Alisa.
