Myslivna

The four-story residential and commercial building, originally a forest café, restaurant, and hotel formerly known as the Jägerhaus, was built on the plot where the forest restaurant used to stand as early as 1820. In 1890, the then-owner Kamil Herget commissioned German-Bohemian architect and master builder , to develop a project for expanding the building. The construction began the following year in 1891 and lasted three years, and the new Jägerhaus was opened on May 8, 1894, as a forest café, restaurant, and hotel.

After the and the establishment of the First Czechoslovak Republic, already under the Czech name Myslivna, the building belonged to the city. The building was first leased to Anton Strak, and the next tenant in 1946 was Josef Šír. After 1948, the building was nationalized and closed to the public. The building was acquired by the military administration for the recreation of professional soldiers. Later, the building came under the Ministry of the Interior, where it served as a spa treatment facility for its employees.

The northeastern corner of the building, which is built in the styles of Eclectic and Heimatstil, is determined by a covered with a bell-shaped dome that contains a dormer and a lantern tower, of which the latter is crowned with a . Underneath the turret, you can admire a large cone-shaped adorned with foliage, as well as various smaller corbels adorned with a . An , supported by two cone-shaped corbels, is placed on the northwestern corner, which is covered by a that also features a lantern tower crowned by a finial. Also, the spire contains a dormer, as well as the roof, including the jerkinhead roofs, of which the eaves are supported by wooden corbels. Another oriel window is placed on the northern facade, which is also supported by a cone-shaped corbel, but this one is topped with a that's covered by an .

The upper part of the building features some beautiful woodwork, which gives the building a distinctive look. A lovely is placed above the third floor windows, which are flanked by corbels that contain another cartouche. Most of the corbels that support all of the other balconets, which are secured with a wrought iron railing adorned with , are embellished with even more green men. Some of these corbels are also decorated with , which continue under the balconets and . On the second floor, in addition to vacant and straight , you can also see some fragments that are abundantly decorated with volutes and floral decorations, as well as . On the western side, on the first floor, there are also some lunettes, which are not vacant and have a incorporated in them.
