Dimitar Popov House

The original residential and commercial building was built in 1911 by a project of the Bulgarian architect Atanas Nestorov. The upgrade of the building, which took place in 1923, was designed by the Bulgarian architect . The sculptural elements are the work of the Bulgarian sculptor . The building was originally built for Slavi and Gancho Dimov but later it was inhabited by Dimitar Popov who owned one of the largest mills in the Gebedje area.

The segmental part, on top of the Neo-Baroque and Art Nouveau building, is adorned with , foliage, and a containing the year 1923. Above two of the windows on the third floor, you can see an motif and above the other window, you can see an ornament that resembles the eye like ornaments above the windows on the second floor. A is placed underneath the windows on the third floor, which contains . Around the windows, you can either see a bowl of fruit or a couple of . The technique of was applied to the stone blocks that you can see between the windows. The top block is decorated with what appears to be an Ionic with two garlands hanging underneath it.
