Stanka Hadjineycheva House

The residential and commercial building, which is also known under the name the Jewelry house, was built as an income building for Stanka Hadjineycheva. The building, which was built in 1912, was designed by the Bulgarian architect . From 1925 until the nationalization, the building was in use as the Rodriguez trading house.

The western and eastern sides of the Art Nouveau building are almost identical. On both sides, you'll be able to see different sized segmental , all of which end in two . The bottom of these cornices, as well as the roof cornice, are adorned with . Within the segmental cornices, you'll be able to see some beautiful floral ornamentation, while the two bigger ones also contain another mascaron. The fragments between the windows on the third and second floor are also embellished with beautiful floral ornamentation.

On the corner, above the windows, there are some with the initials Ж.Ф. (J.F.) and the construction year 1912. The two smaller cartouches that can be seen on the corner are decorated with scales. The two balconies that you can see underneath this spectacle are secured with a cast iron railing.
