Joint-Stock Company Druzhba Building

- Preslav Street 13 -
The residential and commercial building was built according to a design of the Bulgarian architect Atanas Nestorov and its construction was completed in 1912. The construction was commissioned by the Bulgarian wealthy industrialist, and merchant, Stefan Kapitanov to house the offices of the Joint-Stock Company Friendship. The joint-stock company was founded somewhere before 1898 and was active around the entire country. They published their semiannual balance sheet, as well as their annual meeting for their shareholders, in the local newspapers, including the Varna Municipal Newspaper.

The last renovation took place somewhere between 2016 and 2017, which gave the building back its former glory, and changed its color from grey to green.
