Former Trading House Site Varna

The former Trade House Site Varna was owned by the brothers Garabed and Yenisek Esayan, merchants who lived and did business in . The building was built in 1898 by their attorney Garabed Hovasapian, a cloth merchant, and the deed was issued in the name of Virginia Esayan. The premises were rented out as shops, offices, and shipping agencies. One of the tenants was the Popular Bank, the Chamber of Industry and the Commodity Exchange.

On top of the Neo-Renaissance building, you'll see a nice small onion dome with a on top of it. Underneath it, you can see a fragment, which is decorated with , a segmental , decorative vases, and the construction year 1898. Underneath the roof , you'll see , which can be seen all around the entire building. The that stretch from the second floor all the way up to the third floor contain a Corinthian . Above the windows, on the third and second floor, you can either see a straight or a segmental pediment, all of which are supported by two . Above some of the pediments, you'll see an ornament, which is adorned with volutes, a , or a . The building contains a total of two balconies that are both secured with a stone balustrade, which is adorned with . One of the balconies is supported by two corbels, while the other one with three. Underneath the balcony, with the three corbels, you can see the name of the building, СИТЕ ВАРНА (Site Varna). It is also worth taking a look at the beautifully decorated door.
