Ivan Stoykov House

The residential and commercial building was built in 1909 for Ivan Stoykov and was designed by the Bulgarian architect Stoyan Ivanov. Not much else is known about the building's history and its inhabitants.

The most eye-catching feature of the Neo-Baroque building is the but also the Dutch gable with a pointed on top of it. In the bottom corner, where you can see the , there's an ornament, which can be identified as a bouquet of flowers. The oriel window is flanked by two that are decorated with foliage. The fragments above two of the windows are adorned with leaves, , and with . The fragments underneath the windows are adorned with , as well as two .
