Parush Georgiev House

The building, also known as the Parush Bazaar was built in 1905 and was designed by the Czech–Bulgarian architect . It is one of the first trading houses in Varna, named after its user Parush Georgiev. The building was originally owned by the Armenian merchant Parsek Suzmejan. In 1931, there was a project for reconstruction made by the architect A.S. Leonkiev on which Angel Stoyanov Maitarski was registered as the owner.

The Neo-Classical building is designed with two asymmetrical facades and with an elegant round shaped corner where the entrance is located. The transition from the third to the fourth floor is interrupted by a that's adorned with a , which is embellished with . Each side of the building contains two round shaped or either three or four rectangular ones. All of the pilasters are crowned with Corinthian . Above the windows, on the second floor, you can either see a segmental or a straight pediment, all of which are supported by two . Another pair of corbels are placed at the bottom of each of the round shaped pilasters. A balcony was placed on the corner, as well as on the western side of the building. Both balustrades are adorned with , but only the balcony on the corner is supported by only one corbel. Underneath these corbels, you can see an ornament that contains a garland wreath.
