Grigor Kotsev House

The house was built in 1911 for the lawyer Grigor Kotsev and in 1932 was sold to the Member of Parliament, Colonel, and merchant Saul Kambosev. Saul Kambosev was born on June 14, 1860, in the family of Neofit Kambosev. His daughter Vesa Kamboseva, married the prominent Bulgarian surgeon Professor Alexander Stanishev in 1918 in Sofia. After 1944, the building was nationalized and since 2002 the Embassy of Peace is housed in the building.

The building, which was built in the Neo-Baroque style, has a beautiful richly decorated in the top gable containing the initials К.Л. (K.L.) and the construction year 1911. In the center of the main facade, you can see a circular shaped with a small balcony on top of it. There's another small balcony located on the northern side of the building. There are two fragments on the oriel window and both of them are adorned with floral ornaments. On the bottom of the oriel window and just above the main entrance door you can see a huge decorative shell, which finds its origin in two . The , located on the second floor, contain six unusually big . There's a decorative above each of the first floor barred windows.
