Bulgarian National Bank

The administrative building of the Bulgarian National Bank was built in 1892 and was designed by the Swiss architect . The side wing on the left side was added in 1928 by a project of the Bulgarian architect . The building is better known by the people of Varna as the District Administration Center.

A majestic bell shaped dome is placed on top of the Neo-Baroque and Neo-Classical building. If you look a little bit further down you'll see a segmental with on both ends a that's adorned with three each. The roof cornice underneath it contains and a bit further down you'll see a that's surrounded by laurel twigs.

The windows on the third floor are flanked with round shaped that are crowned with Doric , while the ones on the second floor are crowned with Ionic capitals. On top of the windows on the second floor, you can see a pointed and underneath it, you can either see a or a balcony. Both of them are adorned with and the balcony is supported by two massive .
