Pandeli Zenginov House

The building was built in 1911 and was designed by the Bulgarian architect and civil engineer . The residential and commercial building was built for the public figure, municipal councilor, and benefactor Pandeli Zenginov. He was known for donating his entire salary as a municipal councilor for the benefit of the poor.

The richly decorated top gable of the building, which was built in the Art Nouveau style, really stands out. The roof overhang is supported by wooden with around them geometric forms in different colors, some of them including . Even more guttae can be seen in the on the third floor, as well as the above the balcony door. The small balcony, as well as the bigger balcony on the second floor, are both secured with a wrought iron railing, which is richly decorated with geometric shapes and floral ornaments.

The , which are located between the windows on the second floor, are all crowned with a Corinthian . There are two lion head located on the right side of the main facade. Both of them are holding a ribbon in their mouth that further down is connected with a garland wreath. There are two placed in the window frames that include a . The entrance door all the way to the right seems to be the only surviving original door still left. It includes beautiful wood carved ornamentation and lavishly decorated wrought iron barred windows.
