Saul Kambosev House

The residential and commercial building was built in 1906 and was built according to the design of the Bulgarian architect Atanas Nestorov. It was built for the Jewish public figure, merchant, and Major, Saul Kambosev, who had it built on the site of an old Turkish house. Saul Kambosev was born on June 14, 1860, in the family of Neofit Kambosev. The building was in use by the hotel, restaurant, and drinking establishment that went by the name Boulevard, which was owned by Saul Kambosev. He also owned another hotel, which went by the same name, that was also located in the center of Varna and was attached to the former restaurant called Golden Chicken.

On top of the building, which is built in the styles of Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Classical, you'll be able to see a small . The tympanum, as well as the that separates the attic from the second floor, is adorned with , of which some are embellished with foliage. The balcony, which is a part of the cornice, is supported by two and secured with a cast iron railing that's decorated with . There used to be a balcony door leading to the balcony, but that has now been replaced by a . The second floor windows are flanked by , which are all crowned with a Corinthian . Underneath one window, you can see a fragment that's adorned with circles, and diamond and shapes.
