Rusi Ekserov House

The original design of the building came from the Armenian architect and was built in 1897. It was originally designed for the fur and leather trader Rusi Ekserov. In 1930, there was a project for the reconstruction and replacement of the shop windows on the first floor, which was designed by the architect Evgeni Djakovic. In 1933, another reconstruction of the residential and commercial building took place. In this case, the order came from Georges Bayer and was executed by the Bulgarian architect Manol Yordanov.

On top of the corner of the Eclectic building, there's a hexagonal tower crowned with a bell shaped dome with a on top of it. The pilasters on the first floor contain a relief and are crowned by a capital that contains a beautifully decorated ornament.
