Parsek Suzmejan House

The construction of the residential building, which later also gained a commercial function, was completed in 1908. It was built according to the design of the Bulgarian architect , and the construction was commissioned by the wealthy Armenian merchant and entrepreneur, Parsek Suzmejan. Besides giving the order to construct this building, he also gave the order to construct the first grand hotel in Varna, the Grand Hotel London, and one of the first trading houses in Varna, named after its user Parush Georgiev.

Somewhere between 2015 and 2016, the building underwent a major renovation, which changed the color from pink to dark beige.

The asymmetrical building, which features many geometric forms, was built in the styles of Eclectic and Art Nouveau. The building contains many circles, rectangles, and squares, but also many and in all shapes and sizes. The , which is placed on the corner, is supported by two that are embellished with foliage. The stone balustrade of the balcony on top of the oriel window is adorned with . This also counts for the balcony on the southern side of the building, as well as the beautiful cast iron on this same side.
