Georgi and Nikolinka Neykovi House

The symmetrical building is built in the styles of Neo-Baroque and Neo-Classical. The building contains two semi-hexagonal . Underneath the windows that are placed in the oriel window, you'll see a containing . The balcony in between the oriel windows is also adorned with balusters. The gables above the oriel windows are richly decorated with lots of beautiful ornaments. The on top of the gable either ends in a or a garland. Just above the two volutes you'll be able to see a decorative pinecone, which has been a symbol of human enlightenment, resurrection, eternal life, and regeneration. Above the oval shaped window, you can see an ornament that resembles a brooch with a gemstone. This ornament repeats itself a number of times, but then in a more modest and smaller version. A beautifully decorated motif can be admired around this oval shaped window. A total of four are placed on the main facade, all of which are crowned by three Ionic . Above the balcony door, you can see a scroll that contains the construction year 1922 and is surrounded by oak twigs.
